CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (ATLANTA, GA)

• Fire hazards analysis of various laboratory and office buildings at the Chamblee Campus in Atlanta. Work included field surveys of buildings and analysis of fire hazards, fire protection systems and life safety systems in existing buildings.

INDUSTRIAL

SOUTHERN RESIN (THOMASVILLE, NC)

• Designed water-foam suppression system for diked flammable tank area.

WATERMARK (GREENVILLE, SC)

• Prepared a study of the fire protection and safety requirements of the curing ovens based on NFPA 86 for the kayak manufacturer. Also, prepared as-built hydraulic calculations and recommended modifications to the sprinkler system to provide adequate protection for the facility.

SCREEN TIGHT (GEORGETOWN, SC)

• Prepared a study of the fire protection requirements of the plastics manufacturing process for the screen door manufacturing process. The process included analysis of protection requirements of PVC and ABS plastics. Specified fire protection requirements of manufacturing and storage buildings, and reviewed contractor shop drawings.
