A Rich History of Experience

LeGrand Engineering, Inc. was incorporated in 2003 to fill a need in the engineering design and the construction industries, especially in the nuclear-related fields, where fire protection of facilities is critical to continued operations.

Recognizing that Fire Protection Engineering is a highly specialized discipline, LeGrand Engineering is in the business of providing fire protection engineering expertise to architectural firms, engineering companies, and contractors.

LeGrand Engineering has experience with a wide variety of building occupancies, fire hazards, and life safety issues. LeGrand Engineering has designed many types of fire suppression systems and fire alarm and detection systems for new and existing buildings.

G. Mark LeGrand, P.E., FSFPE is President and owner of LeGrand Engineering, Inc. He has over 23 years experience, the past 16 years in fire protection engineering.

Mr. LeGrand is a past President of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers. Mr. LeGrand was elected to Fellow Member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers in 2008. His PE is in Fire Protection Engineering.

LeGrand Engineering can provide other engineers as needed for specific projects.
